I just kind of finished writing this CSS, and I for one rather like it. I've never been a big fan of using the same colours as dA (I just don't like the colours very much) but it does make the journal look as if it's a lot wider than it actually is. Which I think is nice.
I need a big block of text here to show what the journal should really look like, so I'm going to bore you with my holiday plans now. Be warned.
Tomorrow (well, today, actually, in about five hours) I'll be doing my last day at the
Tele2 callcenter. I liked the job (yes really) but I like going on vacation better, so that's what I'm gonna do instead! I can always try to get back in when they start hiring after the summer.
After this weekend, it'll be something like this:
Week 1: Nothing mandatory, except staying alive (and strictly speaking, even that isn't mandatory).
Week 2: Pretending I know how to sail, and teaching kids how to best pretend they know how to sail. May not sound like a lot of fun when put like this, but it gets better when you sing a
song about it.
Week 3: Same as above.
Week 4: Another empty one, but on thursday night I'll go to ~
Aleid's, and friday morning we're setting out for
Castlefest!
Week 5: The first day of this week (my weeks start on monday) we'll still be at CF. After that, we'll be going home by bike (that's about 200km) (you headstrong users of Imperial measures, that's
this many miles!) and we're gonna go easy so that should take the rest of week 5.
Week 6: The last one, and also empty, though I think I'll be doing quite a lot during this one.
So there! A lot of text! How does it look?
This little space can be used for whatever I like to stand out in a journal, like a feature or some big news. Something like: my lovely girlfriend ~
Aleid and me have been going out for a year! We got together on june 26, and so far we're very happy to be together. Be nice and congratulate us.
