Pretending
There's no need to make yourself look better
no need to pretend you're something you're not
be happy with who you are, don't try
to make others happy by changing yourself
Those who think you're not good enough
should never be your friends
and your friends should always tell you

I know these things, but still I fear
I don't know what or who
but I just can't be myself no more
I am forever bound to lies

I have had the idea of this poem in my mind for quite some time, and the first stanza came out easy enough; then it was waiting for the rest. The third stanza came shortly after it, and I've been pondering over the second for over half a year
 although I changed the last line of the last stanza after I finished the poem  it fitted nicely, and ppl who know me ánd know the song "No More Lies" by Iron Maiden will get the joke ^_^well, done with the preparing chatter ^^ enjoy! Comments
